The Lotus pendant light is sculpted from premium white acrylic into a blooming flower, petal layered over petal. Light passes through the translucent material and returns as an even, glare free glow, so the fitting can hang above a dining table at eye level without becoming the brightest thing in the room. Switched off, it still holds its shape as a sculptural object, which matters for a pendant that spends most of the day unlit.
The acrylic is chosen for colour stability and resists the yellowing that ages cheaper shades, particularly when paired with an LED bulb, which runs cool and emits no ultraviolet. Three sizes cover different rooms: 15.7 inches across for a bedroom, a small dining table or a reading nook; 19.7 inches for most dining rooms, entryways and living areas; and 23.6 inches where an open plan space needs a modern chandelier that can hold its own under a high ceiling.
A metal frame carries the petals, and the 59 inch cord adjusts at installation to set the right drop over a table or island. The pendant takes a standard E26 or E27 bulb up to 40W, not included, and a warm white LED gives the softest result through the acrylic. It is hardwired and rated IP20 for indoor dry locations, so a licensed electrician is recommended for installation.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes. The cord is 59 inches and adjustable, which covers a standard 8 foot ceiling and higher. Excess cord tucks into the canopy at installation.
Will the acrylic yellow over time?
Not with an LED bulb, which gives off almost no heat and no ultraviolet. Avoid a high wattage incandescent, which is what ages acrylic fastest. The maximum is 40W.
