At Covara Home, we want the delivery side of your order to be as considered as the pieces themselves. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong. Every order ships free within the United States.

Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States of America. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Delivery Times

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day, which may add one extra day to the delivery estimate.

Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is processed, it is handed to one of our trusted carriers.

Transit Time: 6-8 business days, Monday through Friday.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days.

Currency: USD

Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and regional factors can shift them slightly, and these are outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers to deliver orders throughout the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Every order shipped within the United States qualifies for free shipping. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, appears stuck in transit, or goes missing, contact our customer service team as soon as you notice. We will open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it until your order is accounted for.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment at any time on our Order Tracking Page.

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
