There are no restocking fees as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. Covara Home covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and for change of mind returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free to return. Once a return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The issuing bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
