At Covara Home, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If your order is not quite right, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to help make the experience as smooth as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at info@covarahome.com. Please include your order number in your message so our team can locate your order quickly.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, as it may already be in processing. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Refund Policy.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documents.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
There is no return cost to the customer if the item received is incorrect, defective, damaged by the carrier, or arrives with an issue caused during fulfillment or shipping.
Customer Remorse or Change of Mind
Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost when the return is due to personal preference or customer error, including if the wrong item was ordered, the item does not fit the intended space, or the item is no longer wanted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email info@covarahome.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Package Your Item
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, documents, and included materials.
Send Your Return
Ship the item back using the return instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated. Additional processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@covarahome.com with your order number, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.
Orders Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@covarahome.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, customization, or final-sale reasons. Any non-returnable products will be clearly marked on the product page when applicable.
