The Monolith is a tall, slim slab of hand finished micro cement set just off the wall. A hidden LED behind the panel spills warm light around its edges, so the stone appears to float on a soft halo. By day it reads as a quiet stone tablet; by night it draws a calm vertical line of light, giving entrances a refined, architectural look.
The colour runs through the material itself rather than sitting on top as paint, so it will not peel or flake, and the fine sandstone texture gives it a natural, tactile quality that suits wabi sabi, minimalist, modern and organic homes. Rated IP65, it is ready for porches, front entrances, patios, balconies and garden walls, and is just as fitting in a hallway, stairwell or living room. The soft halo also highlights wall texture.
Measuring 3.9 inches wide, 15.7 inches tall and 2.4 inches deep, it comes in white or black, with a warm light that flatters stone, wood and render. Because each piece is finished by hand, every one carries its own subtle speckle and tone. A pair either side of a front door creates a striking, gallery like entrance. It is hardwired, so installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
